REFUNDS
Refund policy: NO REFUNDS will be issued AFTER October 15th, 2019 (Fall) January 15th (Winter)
Refunds will be issued only for medical reasons. NO REFUNDS after start of session for all SOLD out programs.
A $44.00 Skate Canada fee and $25.00(minimum) Administration fee will be retained for all refunds.
CANSKATE SAFETY POLICY
In case of emergency one parent MUST remain at the arena at all times while their child/children are on the ice!!(NO EXCEPTIONS)
